I love my balance ball. It's not easy to stay on at first but gets more comfortable with practice. There are quite a few different types of excersices to incorporate into a routine to continue challenging me into the future. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

This is such an awesome ball. Way better than bosu. I've been able to use this for my dog to do balancing on too and she loves it. Sturdy and good material

New balance ball

I made the mistake of buying a bargain balance ball that just didn't hold up. The new lifepro ball is a dramatic upgrade. It's heavier, sturdier and overall just a better piece of equipment.
