As a gift I’d asked for the horizontal ball. I am finding it interesting and figuring in something that I need to do for my balance I’m looking forward for this being a part of my life going forward glad to be back.

Was using with physiotherapist and ordered to continue balance strengthening exercises at home came with a chart of exercises for upper - lower and core which are great! Working in balance . Highly recommend
