Better than expected

This product is BEEFY and will be great for rehabbing my knee from Patellofemoral Pain syndrome. My physical therapist recommended getting a "BOSU" to help me recover at home and I find this to be not only WAY more cost effective and an actual Bosu, but it feels more durable. Granted, it is a bit smaller (~3") than an actual Bosu, but that doesn't change it's effectiveness and takes up less space in my home. My husband too will be using to spice up some of his workouts. Another benefit is it has the spots for clipping my resistance bands so I can do a LOT more than just knee exercises on it. It was a great purchase and I highly recommend it. In fact, just today I recommended it to my physical therapist because she too was looking for one for her home and she said she will recommend it to other clients as well as a cost-effective alternative to the more expensive ones they have in the PT office.

Half stability ball

Love the texture of the ball making it less likely to slip while exercising on. It’s versatile being able to utilize on both sides as well as add arm bands for an extra exercise perk. The stability ball comes in a couple of colors. It’s a great for the product! Highly prefer and recommend LifePro’s products!

Great quality bosu ball! Can use for many different exercises. I especially like it for stability and balance training for my clients with osteoporosis.
