My New Health Weapon

I love the Rumblex Life Pro 4-D - I bought this for myself to get into better shape and be healthy. I work all day at a desk and this does not offer much movement or circulation. I have been using this for only 5 days and I feel different. I wake up without slowness and my balance has improved. I am so happy I made the decision to purchase this. The best choice I could have made for my well being. Also, I am amazed at the exceptional quality the Lifepro is. Thank you so much!

Neuropathy Pain Relief

I tried my DIL's vibration plate after a long drive where I had swelling in my feet and ankles and pain in my calves and hips. I experienced immediate relief and increased mobility from simply sitting on the couch with my feet on the plate for 10 minutes. I usually can't tolerate the foot massagers due to the neuropathy. I was very surprised that I did not experience the usual intense sensitivity with the plate. I used it 4 times in a 23 hour period. After the long trip back home, I didn't have the usual pain and swelling from travel but the stiffness returned the following day which led me to purchase the Rumblex plus 4D. I'll be using it daily and as my strength and mobility increases I will transition into the full workouts. I'm excited to regain my stability and confidence to live life again!

When used properly, just 10 minutes on this vibration plate leaves my muscles sore—in a good way—and gives me the same feeling as running 3 or 4K.
