This is an upgrade to an earlier life pro plate (6 years of near daily use). The rumblex is easy to use, quiet, and an integral part of my wellness routine!

I am new to this, and just getting started, but so far it feels great! I can literally feel the energy flowing through my body after 10 minutes. I am looking forward to discovering all the features, and learning the endless options I have for how I use it!
