It's Early Days Yet, but...

I just got and registered my machine today and I must say that it is very sturdy! It seems very well made and its size is awesome, along with the variations in vibrations. The wristwatch-style remote is really nice, especially when you're real new at it and bending over to change any settings is still a little out of your comfort zone. I'm really hoping using this machine can help with a few different health issues I'm dealing with. I think improved circulation will probably be very helpful!

I just took it out of the box and love the color, size, and ease of being able to move wherever I need it to be. I'm reading the instructions on how to use it.

I just took it out of the box and am excited to start using it. I love the size of it and the fact that It's pretty easy to move with the two wheels underneath on the right side, and a handle on the left side to guide the vibration plate.

POWERFUL

I initially bought just the waver vibration plate and used it regularly. I loved it enough to buy one for my lymph therapy team as well. Then I traveled to California for the summer and missed my plate so much I decided to buy another one but this time I wanted to go all out and get the Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate and this one is a life changer! I'm 73 and like a challenge so I put this on the highest setting for vibrations, where they are going side to side, up and down and all over the place and jacked up the speed to 45 (it goes up to 60!) and I got a core workout! Maybe because I'm older and have less balance than I used to so I have to balance myself well on it but whatever the reason, I had an awesome core workout for me as I did leg, sides and abdomen exercises during the timed cycle. I LOVE this board!

I tried a waver board on vacation very briefly but was very self-conscious in public. At that point I knew the benefits and was pretty sure at some point that I would get one. well now in my own home I love it and I am excited to see how it will help me with my balance as I have M.S.
