Day 5, my feet are feeling good. It does loudly vibrate like a washer sometimes, but so far it's not too annoying

I just got this. I held a squat for 45 secs on the 4D setting at level 20 to test it out and my heart rate jumped to 111. It definitely increases the effects of a workout!
