Product is working well

I’ve only had this product for a week but use it everyday. There a tons of workouts in YouTube to get extra benefits from the vibrating board. The short term benefits are good, improved balance, less joint pain, more relaxed body. The only negative was I could not get through to the “free” video workouts. Everytime I used the link they provided it asked me to register(which I had already done). So using YouTube.

I get on the vibration plate every morning and my muscles feel looser and my joints feel great. It’s become a part of my morning routine. That immediately perks me up and makes me feel good.I work out on it with dumbbells and have noticed great improvement in my overall strength.

Love This Vibration Board

I have been using it for a little over a week now. I notice that my legs hips and glutes are firming up. Can punch less than an inch. Reduction in abs, as well as upper extremities. I’m very much impressed with the results I’m getting from the use of this product. Thank you LifePro

I just received this yesterday and have used it twice already. I am very impressed with the quality of the machine. I love that it goes high enough to properly do lymphatic drainage which is why I bought this model. I am looking forward to seeing the results of using it.
