I have wanted one of these vibration systems for a long time now and was finally able to make that purchase. I have used larger ones in chiropractic offices over the years and they help so much with lymphatic drainage, cellulite, bone density and just overall health. I’m so excited to get started at home now!!!!

Calf soreness gone

My brother came over for dinner, stood on it for 10 min program 1, left for home and called me to say for the first time in 5 or 7 years his calf muscles don't feel tight and sore.

We’ve only had our vibration plate for a little while but we love it. I find it really helpful on recovery days and have enjoyed adding it to my routine.

For several years, I've owned an older version of this and I loved it. Nothing wrong with the old one, but I wanted to upgrade to this newer model with more features. So far, I love this one too!
