This is a whole new experience. The Rumblex Plus arrived on time with easy instructions to get started right away. I have only used it a few times, but can feel a spring in my step already. Looking forward to feeling the benefits!!

Upgraded to the Rumblex Plus 4D model from the Waver. Love both of them. Have found them to be very helpful with water retention and arthritis. Have knee and hip replacements and Orthopedic's approval.

Perfect for seniors

I am a young 61yr old woman trying to loose weight and battling lymphoma - puffy all over. Started using this for two day and started to see results of lymph draining. Easy to add to your routine daily - I do 10 mins in morning and 10 mins Evening.

I am a newbie. I work remote from home so I have more flexibility. I started out with this by taking 2 minute breaks 3-4 times a day for 2 minutes ti help with circulation and activate my muscles. So far I’m enoying it.
