The first day I used this machine I knew I was in for a lifestyle change. The way it made me feel on day one was wonderful. I have slept better and feel better overall throughout the day.

New to Vibration Plates

I've had it for 4 days! So far, no problems. It is much larger and heavier than I expected. I'm still adjusting to the vibration movement, even though I have it at the easiest and slowest movement. I will start doing squats on it next week.

I bought this for my 10 yr old son as his pediatric ortho doctor highly recommended it to be used in conjunction with his therapy regimen. Hoping to help build muscle strength and also alleviate some of the neuropathy he feels in his legs at the end of a school day or long day out. So far my son is enjoying it and able to operate it himself.

Really useful vibrating platform

I purchased it just a few days ago during Prime days and really enjoy it so far. It’s my first experience with vibrating platforms, but my wife and I wanna use it almost every day. We hope to get a lot of health benefits from it.
