First one somehow started making loud popping noise and was rubbing up against the base so LifePro replaced it immediately. I'm so grateful because this is not a cheap piece of equipment.

I am just starting out on the vibration plate so far I’ve had it for approximately one week and I have been working on it for 15 to 20 minutes a day, and I really like it. It is well built and literally plug-in play. I look forward to advancing my workout on my Rumble Plus 4D Vibration Plate.

I started at a 10 in the first day, then 20 second day, 35 third day. I really like the feeling during the session and afterwards my legs feel like they did a workout. I’m excited to use every day and look forward to improving my blood flow to ease aches and pains in my feet.

Fun way to exercise

I have a busy schedule and most times 0 motivation to spend my little down time to exercise. But this is fun to use and takes me only 10 minutes a day. I also find that using it at night with the different modes besides exercise helps me unwind and relax before going to bed.
