To be a low impact workout, it absolutely gives a person “all they want” in results! You get out of it exactly what you put into it.

I’ve only used it for four days. I can see how it will benefit me just in the small amount of time. So far, no amazing changes, but I am looking forward to that! I purchased it to work on my balance, lymph drainage from my lymphedema and overall joint integrity. I’m looking forward to feeling better soon.

I've been using this to work on my deep spinal muscles, balance, and posture. I love it so far! It's very smooth and I can feel the difference in my endurance. I have chronic back, neck, and chest pain and my chiropractor recommended trying this. It's money well spent in my opinion!

Helping with balance and stability already

Only had a couple of days but loving how the vibrations and movements have already improved my balance and stability. Looking forward to other benefits as I continue to use the vibration plate.
