So easy to setup and get going. I wish that I wasn’t prompted to review when registering so I had some use under my belt for an honest review but I do think I’m going to love this.

I just got my new vibration plate. I use mine every day for at least an hour. I love having one and am so excited to try this bigger, heavier, & more involved plate for more workout & relaxation options.

I just got this device and have only used it a couple of times. It’s heavier than I thought it would be, but seems fairly quiet and smooth. So many different options of speeds, movement, etc
