I used a power plate at a gym once with a trainer. It was very healing to stretch on it to do squats push-ups so on ..:can’t wait to continue getting to know this as it’s Been 10 years. I’ve never seen one in another gym again and now you can get them for your home. I stood on it for 10 minutes manually going low to high Enjoyed every minute and forgot how healing it is to the body just really is!

The Rumblex 4D is an excellent product. Easy to set up. Remote is very functional. Very quiet. All the different settings make it easy to find the right workout.
