I've only had it for a few days and done a couple of workouts but it does up the game. I'm more out of breath and have more of a burn doing the same exercise on the plate as on the floor.

This vibration was offered to me as a replacement for 3 faulty rumblex 4d max machines. If it wasn't for the constant fault (E08) I'd suggest not paying the extra for this model as that one did the job just fine, however the motor is obviously a lot better in this model hence the lack of fault.

I just started using the plate and have found the 3 preset modes very helpful. I use them regularly, and my body feels great after each 10-minute session.
