Im unboxing my Rumblex 4D Plys Vivration Plate tomorrow and I couldnt be more excited. I've been using a Lifepro one at Physical therapy and it has helped aleviate my low back and knee pain! And thats only using it once a week. Here's to hoping for more gains, and losses(on the scale).

I just received it and so far I like it after one session. It’s very stable and I think this will be a great addition to my wellness routine. It’s very heavy, so if you’re looking for one that is moveable one might not be the best. Otherwise, it seems high quality.
