Just opened the box after a month or so after receiving the product to find out that the top rubber step came off. Also the smell of the plastic is terrible. Will be reaching out to support for the top rubber

This vibration plate has some much to give. I have bad knees and want to work on getting them stronger. I can definitely see this helping a lot not only for me but my clients.
