It’s easy, yet rewarding! I have been using it everyday since I received it. I feel like I’ve walked two flights of stairs when I finish 10 minutes. I haven’t seen results yet but it’s only been a few days, so I’m hopeful.

I’ve only used my Rumblex 4D Plus vibration plate. But I’m amazed at how after 10 minutes it feels like an hour workout! I hope to see benefits quickly.

I just received my 4D vibration plate today. I unboxed it and the set up was easy. I did my first session and the controls were easy to navigate. I’m looking forward to adding this into my wellness routine.
