Love the workout. Not so quiet

I love this machine, however it is very heavy and not as quiet as they portray. It is probably the sturdious machine they make. My husband and I both use it. Hopefully it will last along time.

I love the Rumblex!

I’ve owned the rumblex for about a month now and I love it! I suffer from ACL joint issues, I was doing stretches and movements, but not regularly for my ACL, owning the rumble X is a game changer for me, I feel so much better after I use it continuously, daily sometimes twice a day, but mostly one time a day for 10 minutes, my knee/ACL joint is feeling better so it definitely helps. I love love the vibrations that I get throughout my body. I saw videos where you can do workouts/movements while on the vibration plate but right now I’m just standing on it and it feels wonderful to my body.

I just got my Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate 3 days ago. I was using another model at my Chiropractor office. And I thought would be good having one at home. User manual is simple and easy to setup.
