I've been viewing vibration plates for months and finally decided to try this out. It's very powerful. I've only used it a few times so far but I'm very happy with my purchase!

The vibration plate is great. It’s fairly large and works as expected. However, and the instruction booklet and online it says it has all these different fitness program modes, however, they’re not explained and they don’t really do anything. I was assuming you’d have a fitness routine to target different muscle groups or to instruct me to do different types of movements on the plate. But this is not the case. If you’re looking for a basic vibration plate, this is it. I also in the promo was supposed to be receive a massage gun for free and I’ve still not received it after 2 1/2 weeks.
