Works as expected and feels pretty cool after 10 minutes. My old house shakes, according to the complains filed by my husband.

I'm still trying to figure out how to use it. I didn't receive a user manual. The preprogrammed modes seem too strong to use right away. I used up/down on low speed and it felt very good.

Good product - minor defect

Good vibration plate product, comes with basic accessories. There is a small air bulb in the black mat on the vibration plate, manufacturing defect. Additional on the high speed, 60, vibration plate make noise.
