Set up was quick, everything was in the box that was supposed to be there. 1st spin was interesting. Will need to play with it more before I can really access the machine

1st Workout

I just completed my first workout using program 1. I am using the Rumblex Plus to rehab a hip injury. After the initial workout, my hip muscles were not as tight, and my mobility increased. I can't wait to continue using the workouts.

The product is good, but it's stupid that you must leave a review to get to the web page that the manual says has a library of training videos.
