I have the Turbo 3D

I ordered and received the 3D Turbo one & I love it. I feel it working & I’m moving into my 3rd week of use, then I will move up to the next preset level. I wanted to follow this instructions when it says beginners should start at preset level 1. I know I have lost inches by the way my clothes fit, but not sure of the weight loss b/c I purposely try to only use the scale once a month or so, b/c that can be a negative deterrent when muscles weighs more than fat when you are toning , & the vibration machine does help with toning.

The place where I get Cryotherapy had something like this for after my treatment. As I spent 10 minutes on it, I noticed that my heart rate was up where it gets when I use my stationary bike. I went home and did some research and read articles from some reputable resources and liked that vibration plates were regularly rated well for pain management, circulation, lymphatic drainage and, surprisingly, stress management! I'm skeptical of the weight loss claims but only because it's easy and fun and FAST. That being said, something is better than nothing and if it makes me more mindful of what I eat than yay, me.
