Well, I just received it today so I’m not sure about it just yet. It looks like it is going to be so great for my bones and joints after researching a lot. My best friend ordered one, and she and her husband both use it daily. I love that mine is pink!!

This was a gift from our daughter so I don’t have a receipt to upload. We have been using the plate about a week and are impressed with it. We are excited to add it to our fitness program!
