Today I unpacked my new vibration plate. Installation was easy requiring just two screws and plugging it in. It’s substantial weighing a little over 38 Lbs. I tried it on program 1 as suggested in the manual. Wow! It was amazing. My legs feel like I have been out for a short run. I can only imagine what the effects will be as I continue using it with more of its features. For those of us that have balance issues I expect this will help immensely. If you are looking for a great vibration plate please consider this one. It is a bit expensive but the quality and lifetime warranty balance it out.

Just started, I have a broken heel, just had a repair on my tendon and my two ligaments have not been able to walk on it in 4 months so I just thought I would try this out.
