My first impressions: Sturdy, heavy-weight piece of equipment. We haven't had much of a chance to explore the capabilities yet, but I did immediately try a low-level vibration session and I was pleasantly surprised at the effects: my knee (still recovering from a patellar dislocation) that has been aching for a couple of days felt less achy, and my neck that had been knotted and tense for weeks felt appreciable less painful. 2nd say I tried 5 minutes on platform with 4D active, followed by 10 minutes of vibration stretching. I'm being cautious because of my injury, but I am cautiously optimistic.
Just got it today but after a couple of sessions, felt good and could see how it can work. Legs felt good. I get crazy legs at night so will test it when that comes on and bet it will calm them.
