I just received it and put it together. - Very easy.
Powerful enough for me (I’m 79 10/12’s almost 80! ) and I hope this keeps me young. I feel my blood circulating through all my cells! Great! I haven’t tried changing the programs yet - I like the default setting best so far -it goes through all the different vibrations.

I am thinking about taking care of myself. I am over 50 now. Without regular exercise, I will start with 10 minutes a day on this machine let see how my body will transform. Wish for the good result.

I’m a breast cancer survivor and my body has been through a lot. I bought this for lymphatic system support because the rebounder is hard on my feet and back. Such a great machine that my whole family is using!
