Purchased the Rumblex 4D plus. Arrived today and set it up. All the programs and options are cool. Bought to strengthen my knees which have a lot of injuries. I am excited to incorporate into my workout routine for added challenges with less pain.

I just received my rumblex plus and have only used it once. It's quiet, which I really like. My first time I used the oscillating/pulsation on the slowest speed for 10 minutes. So far, so good. So glad I purchased it. Hoping it helps my osteoporosis & my T scores.

Just received, needing to set up but excited

I haven't used, it just came, but I tried at a friends house, and am excited about using it. I thought this was the curved one, but I must have been mistaken when I ordered. I am hoping it will loosen me up after shoveling, etc...bought just in time for winter!

A couple of the round gray plastic medallions on the foot surface fell off just from the vibrations. Looks like one had some additional two sided tape put on it. I'll try to reapply tape myself and hope they stick. Otherwise very impressed so far!
