So amazing for improving your workout! I’m 63 and love how my strength has improved. I’ve lost inches and pounds. Looking and feeling years younger! I use it 15 min every other day and the results are amazing! I would recommend it for improving circulation , strength , weight loss and overall improvement of one’s health and wellness!

As soon as it came out of the box, I could tell it was well made. Super sturdy. I love that it comes with a lifetime warranty. It works just as it says and is pretty easy to figure out. I originally bought this to continue OT at home for my 4yo tip-toer, but after doing some research I realized the whole family will be able to utilize it for exercise and rehap as well!
