Needs more pre programed routines

I like the machine but it needs more than just 3 pre programs. If you could actually build your own using the mode button without having to pause the machine and change it during the time it would be better. It's advertised that way but that's not how it works. Or if it does I can't figure it out.
So for 5 stars it should be more user friendly so I can concentrate on my workout not what the machine is doing.

Impressed right outside of the box

On arrival I set it up and they have a really great video where she really goes through all of the settings. I did 4 minutes on 1 through 23 manually on 4D mode and then I ran program three for five minutes and I'm pretty happy with it already. I was in a car wreck in 2012 and I really struggle with my right eye joint being really tight and sore and it actually feels a bit better right after using it which is already a big perk. I was able to use my FSA from work to buy this!

Great vibration plate

Just received it yesterday and still figuring it all out. The vibration mat seems to have some defects in it as it is much thinner in some spots and doesn’t have the ribbing all over.

Have been using for about 2 weeks and feel the difference. Try and do 10 minutes in morning and feel more energized throughout my morning. Wife has been exercising on it with weights and also noticed a big difference. Great product.

I deal with chronic pain and poor circulation related to atrophy, so that’s the main reason I got this. I’ve only had it a few days, so I don’t know how it will be long term, but I will say that in a few times I’ve used it, I have felt relief
