It’s easy, yet rewarding! I have been using it everyday since I received it. I feel like I’ve walked two flights of stairs when I finish 10 minutes. I haven’t seen results yet but it’s only been a few days, so I’m hopeful.

Helps my knee pain

I bought this to help with lymphatic/ vascular circulation, but it has surprisingly helped minimize knee pain and instability (due to hypermobility), too.
