Seems to work okay. Sometimes it feels as though it is a bit uneven when shaking when using the programs. It seems to happen around level 40 to 50. Also, the rubber was peeling up on a few areas but I put a weight there for a day and it seems to be reattached. I am unsure if the vibration is doing anything for my health but the product does vibrate.

The eagerness I have to even just stand on my (vibrating) rumblex is helping me to exercise more. I tell myself it's not a big deal, just stand there (even if I don't necessarily feel like it) and I'll be getting benefits (increased lymphatic circulation, etc.). But I usually pick up a couple of free weights and stretch and lift them a little bit too, but I tell myself I don't even have to, it's a bonus "extra". Ten minutes goes SO surprisingly fast I really feel like I easily have time for that once or twice a day.

When I opened the box I felt like I just brought the Rolls Royce of vibrational plates. I’ve had a different one eight years ago,but this,this is the one. Just by looking at it,it’s motivational. Today is the first day of my brand new life change,and it feels more than good.
