Love it but is it suppose to stop and start?

My Rumblex Plus feels great but it stops and starts often throughout the 10 minute use. But notice when I watch videos theirs seems like theirs do not do this. So not sure if I am doing something wrong.

Game Changer!

As a cancer patient with lymphedema who is limited on energy and lack the willpower to exercise, incorporating the Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate into my daily routine has been a game changer. The vibration plate itself is sturdy and powerful, and offers several modes and intensities. I now understand the hype and can feel how it gets things “moving”, even with limited effort on my end. The machine itself is easy to use and can provide endless additions to workouts. I look forward to using it daily and can’t wait until I can incorporate weights, resistance, and more exercises into my routine.

Great and portable exercise machine

A very good at home portable gym to have a similar effect as a regular brick and mortar gym. Achieve many health issues from bone & joints to fat burning muscles.

I've had my Rumblex Plus just a few weeks & try to use it twice daily. It has 3 pre-programmed sessions that I'll rotate using. I will also select from multiple manual options. The wrist controller is VERY useful if you need to pause or change your session.
I bought this after it was recommended by a family member. I sit all day at work & have a lot of fluid in my lower legs & ankles by the end of the day. I also have 2 types of arthritis &, so far, all is great.
There are numerous video showing you different uses, from pre-workouts to workouts using the machine, & post workouts. Also uses for those of us with health issues & modifications when standing can be an issue. I've enjoyed it so far & look forward to learning how to use it in other ways, specially lymphatic.
