Good afternoon, just opened box, styrofoam cracked/broken on bottom side but unit looks ok and works fine on initial setup . I also don't seem to have the exercise mat included - wondering if you can send? Otherwise, looking forward to using it. We got this product to help with my daughter's back problem and so far it seems to be helping. We only had it for a short amount of time so only time will tell.
