Lifepro Rumblex Plus 4D

I just recently started using this. I love that it is very quiet. I only started on the lower settings and have used the programmed programs as well. It took a few tries to get used to the movements of the plate without feeling like I was going to fall over. I like the different footing positions for different intensities. I found I also get different intensities in my body based on how I stand on the plate. I'll have to try some of the higher intensities. So far, I am really enjoying using the Lifepro.

I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks. I purchased for lymphatic support and overall health. I deal with autoimmune diseases, sometimes I have joint pain and inflammation. I’m loving my Rumblex, it’s calming and I feel rejuvenated after use. As far as any other health benefits it’s too soon to say, but I will continue using it to jump start my day!
