My “osteoporosis” specialist recommended I use this particular device 2x per day for 10 minutes. Unfortunately I can’t find the workout for “ building bone” in the manual.

It’s a beautiful piece. My husband and I well pleased with the look and the build and the weight. It’s a very nice and professional piece. We are excited to get started on this journey to feel better and just improve our life in general as we work this into our daily routine along with our already good exercise and healthy eating lifestyle.

I've just received this product and was asked to fill this out as part of filling out my warranty so I don't have a lot to report yet but so far it feels heavy and of high quality. I appreciate the wheels on the bottom to aid in moving it.

This is my second Lifepro vibration plate. I hope I enjoy it as much as the first one. I had a few problems with my first one. I hope this one is a better purchase.
