This has to be the best plate for the money. Its a great Value. The 4D vibration is much better than the 2D.

We purchased this for our kids Physical therapy sessions. We’ve already been seeing great results and progress. Our daughter has cerebral palsy and it’s been so good for her and our boys both have various things that require pt and are loving incorporating this into their sessions. My husband and I are also loving it for muscle tension and adding into my work out routine. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.
