Product shows an error code and won’t turn on. I’ve tried to figure out if it’s user error but if it is it shouldn’t be this hard to identify and figure it out.

Day 1. I know it’s early but I’ve been dying to try it. I have regular leg pains and the only time I get relief is after I get on the vibration plate at therapy. I ordered this one hoping it would compare to the huge one they have at therapy and it does except this one is much smaller so it can fit in your home. No regrets here.

I am so excited! I just received my unit and used it for the first time at minimum intensity. Felt great! I bought it to improve my balance and bone density, and I am looking forward to seeing improvements over time.
