Just received my vibration plate. It is very sturdy, quiet and proves to be gentle on my body. Read the manual for use instructions and tips it was very helpful.

I have been liking my plate so far, but I have noticed the left side of the plate in the vibrate up and down squiggle mode is a lot stronger than the right side of the plate. My left leg was getting a workout while my right leg was not vibrating much.

Surprisingly Energizing

I honestly didn’t expect to like this as much as I do. Every time I step off the vibration plate, I feel this noticeable boost of energy…almost like an adrenaline rush. It’s a really quick way to wake up your body and get your blood flowing.
I’m also recovering from a leg injury and haven’t been able to work out like I normally do, so this has been a great way to stay active without putting too much strain on my leg. It helps keep my muscles engaged and makes me feel like I’m still doing something beneficial while recovering.
Overall I’m really happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something low impact that still makes you feel energized.

I love this vibration plate. I have Charcot-Marie Tooth disease and this is a great addition to help relieve symptoms of neuropathy.

I have been using it for couple of weeks now, every day 10mins in the evening, I have cold feet at night and night sweats, this has improved drastically, and I’m able to sleep through the night without waking up.
