We have only had it a few days but are not feeling a difference yet. We are really hoping it will help with sleep, circulation, muscle soreness and circulation issues to make a few. It's nice and easy to use and is built sturdy so we'll see if things improve

I received the Rumblex Plus as a gift, and so far I'm loving it. I have lipedema, so this tool has helped with the heavy and achy feeling I get in my limbs. I love that even a few minutes can make a different in how I feel!

Used the lifepro 4D vibration plate for the first time. I've had a stiff back for several weeks and after 4 minutes of use I insanely felt some relief.
