I just purchased the Rumblex plus 4D vibration plate a little over a week ago. I’ve been using it twice a day for 10 minutes each for lymphatic drainage. I am already seeing good results from it. I am definitely enjoying it and can’t wait to use it’s other settings.

Looking into vibration plates after being recommended to them by my MD, there were a LOT of home-grade vibration plates that were more "wellness focused" that didn't get the job done. The intensity range allows this to get to the medical grade level, and the ability to control wavelength (targeting vertical waveform on high for those with LE lymphedema) is huge. Hands down a fantastic product. Durable. Owned for nearly a year without issues.

Just got it today. Only used it once but it was very relaxing and am excited to use it daily.
The package was banged up by the carrier but all parts were there and the plate was unharmed.

I purchased this vibration plate to help enhance back rehab, for low-impact muscle strengthening, but also for the holistic, wellness improvements I hope it provides. I unboxed it this morning and I’ve sat and stood on it for over 2 hours already. I’m sitting on it as I write this review & earlier I stood on it while sending emails.
It came well-packed for shipping, seems very sturdy, and has Bluetooth speakers that I wasn’t aware it included—bonus! My favorite part so far has been to sit quietly, practice some relaxation exercises, and pretend I’m getting a full body massage. Feels great! My muscles are tingling long after a 10-minute session. I can’t wait to use it after a long day at work to decompress and rejuvenate!
