Awesome vibration plate. Built like a tank

This vibration plate has been a great purchase. I spend many hours sitting at my computer, which aggravates my sciatica. Using this machine daily has given me significant relief and helps loosen up my lower back and legs. It’s simple to operate and feels sturdy. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with stiffness from long sitting hours.

This thing is the Cadillac of vibration plates. I just did my first work out on it, and it was so fun. It is very powerful. I started on the lowest program P1. Also I love how big it is. I can fully sit and cross my legs. It definitely seems worth the money.
