I bought this for my 87 year old mother to help with circulation, balance, and neuropathy discomfort. After trying it for the first time, she is very excited. She used the lowest setting for ten minutes, found it comfortable, and felt good afterwards.

Heard lots of great things regarding vibration plates. Just got it. Used the basic exercise sheet that I found on website. I enjoyed it. Wish there was more exercise info regarding which modes and speeds match well with what exercises and goals/benefits. I guess it's just trial and error. This will be part of my daily routine.

When my Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate is in Pulsate mode, there is a big difference in the intensity of the right vs left side. There is more intensity on the left side than the right side. Would like to have it fixed or replaced. Thank you so much.

I train hard in the gym and compete Strongman, and this has been a game changer. It seems almost too simple and easy, but it makes my recovery that much faster!
