Just opening it up and unsure

The styrofoam on the bottom layer is broken into several pieces. Also my mat was squished n is folded up on itself on the one edge. I’m not sure how long that will last but I’m hoping that is all that is wrong.

I just started using this vibration plate never even heard of the vibration plates before but I grew up with the shake belts back in the 70s and 80s so this for me brings back a lot of memories of good times I’m recovering from severe health issues. I almost lost my life And need something to regain all of the lost muscles and help with all of the pain in my body starting out on just number one but even that is showing wonderful results in just starting it really enjoying.
