It arrived with scratches, but it seems to work ok. It makes a noise at times that sounds like very metallic knocking.
The vibrations can be so intense that it rattles pots and pans in the next room, mostly due to wood flooring.
I was provided with a second mat which has helped very much, but has not completely eliminated the issue.
