Since using the Rumble X Plus I feel more alive, stronger, more energetic. All the exercises and stretches that I was already doing I can now do better now and my heart is more stable.

only tried it 4 times so far. some neck and back pain but I have osteoarthritis. hopeful it will bring relief.
