Lifetime warranty?

I've have been using this consistently for 2 years and would like to continue using it. But now, it sometimes runs as expected, and sometimes it stops after a minute or two and refuses to stay running. I have replaced the power cord, which helped, but it often will not consistently run for the 10 minute allotted time. The electronic display will randomly fluctuate all over the spectrum as well. I contacted Lifepro, who advised me not to use it and said they would send me a new one. That was almost 2 months ago and I am still waiting. Apparently, they never have one in stock to send me. So basically, it's an unreliable piece of equipment.
