I encouraged a client to get a 4d plate from life pro and after using theirs I knew I wanted to upgrade my old oscillating vibe plate to a 4d for pain management, warm up, cool down and working out! These plates are amazing! I couldn't be happier!

I used to use a vibration plate at my old gym and really missed it when we moved away. I didn’t realize how much my body missed it until I bought the Lifepro vibration plate and started using it at home.

Used a couple times. Good communication from the company. Shipped promptly. It is far quieter than expected. Easy to hear tv or music when on it. Seems solid.
