After just 2 times on our vibration plate, my husband’s sciatica pain has decreased. I have enjoyed the P2 preset and have noticed improvement in my lower back pain.

My old vibration plate started making a knocking sound. I contacted lifepro and they replaced it very quickly! I love my new plate! I didn't realize how bad the old one was until I started using the new one.

love the LIfePro Vibration Plate

I use it 2 - 3 times per day... I'm 80 years old and it is definitely helping to strengthen my joints and solidify my overall well being. The downside is, no instructions came with it a/Users/David well as no workout plans or programs. If there is a web page I could go to I would appreciate it
