2 features don’t work

Hello, I thought this was going to be a great product but only one of the vibration features work. The updown and the side to side features do not work.

So far, I use it between 10 and 20 minutes a day and I work out 5 to 6 days a week. I’m excited to learn more and watch more videos. The videos that I have watched for my ankle that’s been broken by the tibia Fibia and bottom of my ankle has been helpful.

I use my Rumblex Plus after work each day. After feeling worn out from the day (I’m a middle school teacher!), it gives me a boost of energy, relaxation from the stress, and a feeling of wellness.
