Felt amazing for 15 minutes but later in the day, nosebleed and migraine....can't believe it will always be this way so looking forward to using more with the exercises available after registration

I got the Rumblex Plus 4D as an upgrade to my first LifePro vibration plate. I love the performance of it, but it is much lighter than I expected.

This vibration platform is hands down the best on the market. It has levels for beginners to advanced users. It is the perfect addition to my fitness program. You don't think of stretching and vibration in the same category, but this platform incorporates both. This is a game changer to be able to expand on your manual stretch routine! Perfect companion for any fitness program or a focus on improving health overall.

New to Vibration Plate - Great Product

Both my wife and I have been using for a week. Heavy CrossFit couple who workout 5 times a week. We use it pre and post work out. Already feel the difference in preparations for the workout and recovery from the workout. Only 10 minutes each session.
