Jumpstart to better fitness

I have struggled the last few years to stick with a workout schedule. I have aches and pains and menopausal fatigue that just keeps making it harder for me to find the enthusiasm i once had for exercise. My daughter asked me to research a vibration plate for us each to try and share our results. I have done a 10 minute workout morning and night and I believe that it will help be get back into a routine where I can then add in additional workouts and strength training. I'm optimistic that this could be a great start!
